0:13.0	And I'm Neil. In this episode we're talking about allergies.
0:17.0	Allergies are when a certain food or material makes you feel sick. Do you have any allergies, Beth?
0:22.6	Yeah, so I am actually allergic to dairy, so I can't have anything with milk. So no cheese, no butter. What about you, Neil? Have you got any allergies?
0:32.6	Well, I'm not great with dairy either, but it's not an allergy, more of an intolerance.
0:38.9	So it just makes me feel a bit bad rather than actually making me sick.
0:43.6	But I do have hay fever, so I'm allergic to pollen.
0:47.1	That means in the summer months, I'm sneezing and coughing all the time.
0:51.4	I get runny eyes and a runny nose.
0:56.3	And it also gives me a little bit of asthma.
0:59.3	So it's a bit of a pain. Oh, yeah. That sounds really horrible.
1:04.0	Now, scientific evidence shows that more people are developing allergies.
1:09.0	In this program, we're going to find out about what it's like living with an allergy and where in the world has the highest rate
1:11.8	of allergies.
1:12.8	But first I have a question for you, Beth.
1:15.1	What is the most common allergy in the world?
1:18.3	Is it A, peanuts?
1:19.9	B, pollen or C, dairy?
1:22.7	I'm going to say pollen.
1:24.9	A lot of people I know have hay fever.
