going verse by verse through a book of the Bible.

I can't think of a better way to start a brand new year than to open a brand new book of

the Bible and make sure we don't miss any of it.

All right. Here is today's question. How do I overcome suffering and temptation?

Hebrews chapter 2, verses 10 through 18. And I would ask you now, please stand and just join me for the reading of God's word. We believe that God's word is our highest authority and we stand to honor

the word of God and we're literally

coming under the authority of the word of God. I'll read it to you and read it over you. Hebrews 2 10 through

18. For it was fitting that he, speaking of Jesus Christ, for whom and by whom all things exist in bringing

many sons to glory, should make the founder of their salvation perfect through

suffering. There's our theme. For he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified all have one source.
