For the past four years I've been interviewing people from around the world over 300 guests from

Hollywood actors to members of Parliament to CEOs a billion dollar companies

and if you've watched my TED Talk you'll know a bit about my journey from banker to broadcaster and how I got here,

but really it's been the story of my own transformation, of me getting uncomfortable and

going to where my fears are because when I

started I was terrified of broadcasting myself of talking about myself of

getting vulnerable and really pushing myself to the next level.

And I think London Reel was a way for me to do that.

And by having people like you watch every week,

it made me accountable to produce an episode every week to make the content good,

to make the video better and better, make the audio better, make the guests better, transform

this whole phenomenon into a business.

So many different things have happened to me over the past few years

whether it was the original inspiration by Joe Rogin

to later being invited as a guest on his show out in Los Angeles to

meeting six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates or going on my own journey with

Iowasca or moving with my family or even meeting Dampania the 50 billion dollar man

it's all been about me transforming and that's been a theme always for London real whether

it's your mind, your body, your soul or your business,

relationships, it's always been about how you can take it to the next level.

So for me, this Academy, the London Real Academy, is something I've really been working on for four years because it's a place where finally all of us together as London Realers, which are some of the most wonderful people in the world,
