Today was an earth-shattering day for me in terms of recognition of a new technology that has changed in the world.

This morning at 8.37am, I logged on for the first time to the new chat, GBT, OpenAI app, and my mind was blown.

I have never felt so alive nor feeling like I was living in the future then today.

When I wrote my first book on the economy, it was after earning a graduate degree in economics, some years of experience getting context for the learning,

and then another four months of library research analysis, data collection, and two more months of final editing before my book was published in the spring of 2009.

Just this past week, I completed a new book that I have been writing for over four years on identifying, attracting, screening, testing, selecting, and hiring top talent.

And that book is off to the editors presently, getting ready for a 2023 release and paperback and audio versions.

I worked on that book, developing concepts, testing, inspecting, rewriting, doing more research, letting each time returning to the research to make a good book better, and finally to make a better book best.

And I'm truly excited to share with our listeners the content of the book in the first quarter of 2023.

However, what has blown my mind today is that this morning, I invested two and a half hours researching and discovering a new Artificial Intelligence tool, and in the process of discovery, I wrote a powerful new book on key coaching topics that I have just sent off to the editor for review and publication within days.

If I were to ask you what 10 technologies have most changed the world, you might think of, say, the nail or a compass, and those are often cited.

When I asked my assistant Amelia to look this up, she came up with the following items, her top 10, the wheel, the printing press, the steam engine, the internal combustion engine, the telephone, the computer, the internet, electricity and light bulb, antibiotics and penicillin, and the airplane and aviation.

The wheel is one of the most important technologies in human history as it has allowed for the development of transportation and the movement of goods over long distances.
