0:55.5	past week where I had been invited to go to London to present a paper to the coaching psychology
1:01.2	conference of 2023 by the British Psychological Society. It was a wonderful event. Many great
1:07.8	scholars were there and it gave me an opportunity to mix and mingle and to hear the latest of
1:14.1	coaching psychology research. My overview from this was just wow. I really enjoyed being there
1:21.1	with some of them who I've met on Zoom or I have seen on conferences and communicated but I
1:26.2	had met in person and I found it exhilarating for me to go and hear what research is as a practitioner.
1:34.0	My core focus has been building the bridge from research to practitioners so essentially do this
1:40.7	not that and try to help do less harm in this industry and produce more good. So the conference
1:46.8	itself was quite helpful. Now at the conference I had an opportunity to prepare a paper as well so I
1:54.0	want to turn to and talk to you about that paper. I won't read the entire paper here but I will
