We're going to try something really important in a short period of time.

It doesn't always work out well when we try to distill complicated issues into a few minutes.

But I do think it's crucial that you have the right framework so you can make educated decisions about what's happening these days.

You should not take my word for it.

You should not take anyone else's word for much of anything.

You should think it through for yourself and reach your own conclusions.

But to do that, you should arm yourself with the tools that you need to make the right decisions.

So what are we talking about due process? It sounds irresistible. And apparently it was because

it was mentioned twice in the Constitution, which is two more times than marriage or family

or education or other really, really, really important things.

Due process is mentioned twice. So that tells you it was important, but it doesn't tell you much

more than that. It doesn't answer the fundamental question of what due process is and how much
