Hello and welcome to the Arsenal Women Askast Mid-Casean review. That's right.

Arsenal women have come to more or less the halfway point of the season.

They're on their Christmas break now and players going back to see their families and everything

like that. And actually, I think that's actually a really nice feature of the women's season.

The fact that the players get to do that, that they have their kind of little Christmas break in the middle.

So Arsenal kind of going pretty well at the moment coming in on the back of 11

games unbeaten after a pretty inauspicious start to the season and the resignation of

Jonas Ida Val and everything around that is it really feels like it's been about three

seasons in one so far. So we'll we'll go back over

that um and sorry i should i should introduce presently our co-host jamie spanger jamie how are you doing

tim very good feeling the christmas spirit's been a good week to be an arsenal fan finally the

the men's team and the women's team are on the same page this weekend so yeah going

into christmas happy yeah absolutely and uh yeah full disclosure we're recording this about half

an hour later uh because i was out after the men's game last night uh i went to watch the boxing

and um yeah i mean i was awake but not awake for a 9 am record so we've gone for a

930 a little bit of a health warning for you because we're recording on a Sunday my daughter's

kicking about and therefore you know you might get some domestic texture but that's okay we're

fans of that on the arse cast both the men's and the women's show we're

child friendly dog friendly all of that we tend to leave all of that stuff in because that's just

life but we're going to go back over um the season as it's been so far and in the first half we're

just going to kind of do almost like awards really um you know player the sea as a bit of a lever to

talk about some things um and then in the second half we put a call out for questions on blue sky um and just
