breaking down into far as we kind of can Sunday's 1-0 F-A-Cup

quarter final defeat against Liverpool at Meadow Park. And René Slager's in her post-match

press conference described this as a big hit. And I think that those are the words that

rang out the most to me in the postmatch, because I think

that's probably how pretty much everyone feels this morning. And so we're going to attempt to

do a little bit of group therapy for you around this game, because I think there's definitely

a low feeling. I know I feel that way. And here to kind of commiserate and pick

over the bones of a pretty deflating defeat as ever with me, Jamie Spanger. Jamie, how are you

processing this morning at almost a 24-hour remove? Hey, Tim, yeah, not too bad. I do think the more time goes on, the more disappointment grows.

I think yesterday my journey to Meadow Park, it was so sunny and nice, and I was just picturing

being in the, like, Arsenal end at Wembley Stadium and then kind of to get knocked off

your pedestal, not the best.

But yeah, there's a lot to unpack, I think, bigger picture stuff to unpack about

this game.

So we'll see.

But yeah, overall, big hit is the right way to put it.

Yeah, and Renee kind of said the players are very disappointed and they'll probably be disappointed tomorrow.

But after that, we got to move on.

And that's kind of how I feel it's one of those mornings, you know, when you wake up and for the first like five

seconds, your first five waking seconds, you don't remember. And then it hits you and you go,
