Oh, thanks. Thanks, Dan. Of course, one of the big talking points this

week, and Mr Farr and Ramsdale was dropped. David Ray are coming in as Arsenal defeated

Everton 1-0. That dominate in the headlines in England. But also some of the comments

certainly can't alternate after the game about some regrets that he's had during his

managerial career. I'm a really young man here. I only been

three and a half years in the job and I have a few regrets for when I've done one of them.

He was there in two occasions. I felt after 60 minutes and I had 85 minutes in two games

in this period to change the keeper in that moment. And I didn't do it. I didn't have

the courage to do it. But I'm able to take a winger or a striker and put a center defender

back and go to a back five to hold the result. And we draw those games and I was so unhappy.

And so one is going to do it. And maybe it's... That's the strength. Why? Why not? Tell me

why not? You have all the qualities in another goalkeeper to do something. Something

is happening. You want to change the momentum. Do it. You know. And it's a regret that

I had. And now my feeling is to get everybody engaged in the team that they have to play.
