author, and owner of written entertainment, Ashanti. And we chat to her all about her incredible

career, her collection and single with Pretty Little Thing, and what it was like to walk at PLT's

first ever runway show at New York Fashion Week. You just have to be super creative and have

your content be consistent. That's the thing. You know, people get tired after one week, they're like,

oh, hey, what's next? You know, and you're like, I just spent five months trying to put this together.

Hi, Ashanti. Hey. Welcome to the PLT podcast. Thank you. We're in New York City. Yes. This is so

exciting. You actually performed last night on PLT's first ever runway show at New York Fashion Week.

Yes. How on earth was that? Oh my gosh. It was amazing. We had so much fun, and it was just like,

it felt very empowering. You know what I mean? Like, obviously Pretty Little Thing is just so much

about women and celebrating every woman. So to have three amazing, awesome women, you know,

walk on the runway. And obviously shout out to Quadal too. Yeah, Quadal too.

To have three awesome women there doing their thing was just amazing. I was just super happy to be

a part of it. It was an incredible experience. And your performance, your performance is, we're

insane. And we're going to talk about them a little bit later on. So our podcast, basically,

we love to get to know our guests on just like a whole new level, really get to know you from

top to bottom. So it's all about you today. So I kind of want to start with your career because

you've got an amazing, incredible lengthy career. So I kind of want to start at the beginning and

how everything started out because I think you started out in the music industry when you were 21.
