What made you interested in true crime and what was the inspiration for your podcasts?

So what got me interested in true crime is that about the time that Jeffrey Dahmer had been

caught and was awaiting trial, People magazine had covered him.

It was like a blue cover and it said like the monster of Milwaukee or the cannibal of Milwaukee or something and it showed him in like a white button up shirt. And I remember seeing that on the cover of a People magazine on my mom's coffee table. And I was like, this guy looks really normal. He's a monster or a cannibal.

I can't remember what the cover said.

And so I opened it and I read it and was just fascinated.

And at the same time, I saw that movie Bram Stoker's Dracula.
