Hello, Ramblers, and welcome to a little revisit of our series at the match, which we made to bring you the atmosphere from some of the UK and Europe's most interesting grounds and games, which for obvious reasons, while with mostly indoors, I've been really enjoying really listening to you have like a resample in the roar of the crowd.

This episode is from downtown Los Angeles, the downtown bit is important as you discover as we get to the newly formed L.A.F.C. in the debut MLS season.

I was actually in town to cover the Bronx James home debut for the Lakers and decided to make the quick hop up the road to see the new club before flying home on Sunday night and I was so glad I did.

This was a real favourite episode from the first season for us in the office as well because it was so unexpected being there, being taken aback by how amazing the atmosphere was and just getting that sense of closeness between a club and its community.

So when Chivas stopped business, it was like how difficult it was and how we were going to fill the hole.

It was hard bringing, we spent 10 years of our lives supporting a club that never delivered but we were always there because we felt a connection that we never had with the other team in Carson which is the Gellys.

So I mean, I was the idea of that I could feel the hole pretty quickly. Did it take you a while to be convinced?

I would tell this, I am so proud to tell that me and my compadre Julio were the only two fans on the announcement of LAFC.

Chivas, USA died on a Sunday, we won that game against San Jose.

And we were so desperate to know if they were going to take the franchise away.

And we talked to our president and we told him, hey Nelson Rodriguez, he worked with Emma Lest for so many years.

Tell us something, you cannot leave me like this on a Sunday, you know?

Yeah, he was like, expect the cards tomorrow. On Thursday, we were in the announcement of LAFC.

It was quite a while from that point until actually for a short, a lot of work behind the scenes.

How gratifying is it to actually have this in all the season that is waiting a long time for?

When people see what we created, they think you were something that just built a stadium and people show up, there was no like that.

We actually designed the North End with the architects.
