Aubrey, I am so excited to have you on the podcast. I don't know if you even remember this, but you and I actually met at Alt Summit when I was...

Oh my gosh, we told it.

Well, your name, I'm like, I know I know her name.

But like, I did not connect that.

So I used to do social media marketing for ice castles up in Midway and so I went to Alt Summit and I saw you there and I was like, oh my gosh, hi, like, and so I, we met there and then I know like you're in St George, I'm in St George, and so I've just kind of seen you around and then when I saw your story about everything that you went through I was like okay we got to have her on the podcast

Now like that's we do we absolutely do and also tell tell listeners a little bit about what you do today. You do something really special and I know it ties into your stories if you want to like hold off on sharing a weekend, but I'd love to have you start with kind of, you know, what you do and a little bit about you.

Yeah, so I started a mental health program for women. I'm just kind of going through my own

experiences, which we'll talk about, but I started to do that and I run retreats for women still and I do like an eight week detox to help them through emotions.

And I mostly have been focusing on just that detox in a few

conferences and I have recently stopped a lot of my business.

When we met I was like in full-blown running business stuff but I've kind of let that go a little bit and been

solely focused in the home and picking and kind of choosing those little things that I can still give and offer to people, but it's very intentional.

I'm not just spending all my time working, I'm mostly in the home now, but I, it's called

Anya, A NYA, stands for a new you again. It also means mama and Hungarian, but it's just been such

like a little passion project for me to help women with their mental health and it's grown and touched

a lot of lives and it's been it's been really rewarding for sure. I love that so much. I actually work for well I'm one of the partners in a software company in the mental health space and it's been really cool to just be involved in people changing their lives.

So I can totally relate to how rewarding that is to be. But on the other hand, I can

understand why you're like,

focus on the home because it's wild trying to be a mom

and do all the things so I can relate.

I'm like I can't miss this like it's just had to pull back a little bit so I still do
