I think one of the ways that you get to a population who knows what a good decision is, is by good education.

This is the series inspired by positive thinking.

We're looking to build a country from scratch and we need policies that actually work.

So every week we look at a different aspect of life.

And helping us to sort good policy from bad each week is Professor Henrietta Moore from the Institute for Global Prosperity at University College London.

As we near the end of our series Henrietta, which policy has stood out the most for you?

Two of them.

First of all, Costa Rica's environmental policy because they decided not to have an army and to invest instead in their environment and Japan

because they decided not to have guns and I think those two things together are really important.
