episode with author and podcaster Joe Piazza who brought us all kinds of things

I think technically there's more than three things but they're all very fun

very very fun.

Very very fun but before we get to Joe let's talk a little bit about us.

Tell me your high.

My high is very specific but it is that well we'll get to this in my low but I've had kind of just a

me week like I've had a lot of anxiety I'm PMS saying like I've just felt kind of

not the best and so I really wanted last night to just like not be on my phone,

to just watch something where I could totally disappear.

And I couldn't figure out what to do, but Jake and I turned on Dune the movie with Timothy Chalame? The first one.

Have you seen it? No. Okay so I have had no interest in seeing it really either. Oh I don't know if you have interest or not but I don't. I just have been kind of like yeah it doesn't appeal to me the worms of it all. I was like I don't know but I do really like

sci-fi so I was like I don't know maybe I can like just lose

myself in this other sci-fi world for a couple hours and although it took me a

while to get into and it is fairly terrifying in times, I loved it.

Like I just enjoyed being in the other universe so much and I want to see the

second one now which is three hours long so it's three hours where I can be worried

about a gigantic sandworm more than I am

about all of the things that enter my brain

on a daily basis and give me anxiety.

And yeah, so it was just a really nice little movie night.
