high. Mid-contract price hikes, then? Where do we start with this?

So until now, and it's been one of those things that people gnash their teeth about frequently and often,

every year in April, even if you're in the middle of a contract on your mobile and broadband,

people have been getting above inflation, CPI, RPI plus 3% rises on their bills.

Now, this drags people nuts.

Two years ago, that meant people were getting 17% increases

in the cost of their mobile and broadband.

In the last year, it's 8%.
