I'm doing great, Gino. I'm doing great. Happy to be here.

The first time I met you was in Nashville in 2018, this young

kid, he didn't have a mustache yet. And I said to myself, are you even legal to drive?

Are you above the age of 18? You look like a young little kid. But as I started talking to you,

I'm like, this boy is wise beyond his years. And I'm trying to put the puzzle together back then. I'm like,

hold on, you're stationed in Hawaii. You're doing deals in Michigan. You've got these, talk about a

side hustle. I mean, talk about that experience going to MM2 and the struggle that you had at

real estate at that point in your life. Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, starting at the 2013, I read somewhere, somebody told me about, you know,

using the benefits of the VA home loan benefit, which is, I think, one of the best things

veterans have is, and surprisingly, a large number of don't utilize it.

So, you know, chief, you know, told me, you know,

buy a house, you know, with your veteran benefit because, you know, a lot of times military guys

don't want to be chained down, anything like that. He's like, just get the house, start building

the equity. The BAH, which is our allowance will start building your equity for you. He's like,

that's the best thing we got going for us. So that's where I started was doing what was called a house hack on a house in,
