Oh, dang, I was getting the show started and messed up right off the top.

What's up Bunkerooz, razzle, it's me and I am your best buddy Basil.

And as soon as I figure this out, I'm going to make sure that I can get on the screen here,

because it is a visual podcast for those who are watching.

And here I am. There we go. Thanks everybody for being here. A little bit of a weird day on the Friday. A little strange. The timing's a little weird. And it'll be a weird show. I want to give you a heads up.

As usual, we'll be taking some collars if anybody feels so inclined as we're feeding the ducks here at the top of the show.

It's become almost the anthem of Basil's Bunker, where we're taking it easy, we're preparing for the apocalypse,

we're exploring all possibilities, but remembering that the ducks are our

friends. In an emergency situation, you can always count on those quacky little guys. So take a second.

Go outside, take a walk, put your feet in the grass, walk down to the park, bring some old moldy bread, feed it to the ducks.

Make friends.

Well, we're here Friday, what is it, the 23rd of August.

The year just continues to just click, click on by.

A little bit of a disturbing speed at this point.

It feels like because of my personal anguish, starting in about April, until now,

it's basically just the whole six months in the middle of the year.

We're just sort of copied. Oh, not copy, they're just cut, they're spliced out,

as if somebody took the second act out of your favorite robot movie from the 80s, robo jocks.

Or robot jocks? I always forget.
