We got this emergency show because Ryan Pohl's, former director of player personnel for the Kansas City Chiefs

is now the Bears General Manager.

So he has a couple of things in common with Ryan Pace outside of his first name.

He's young too.

So what were your thoughts?

cap? I like to hire because I believe that they've turned over the keys and he doesn't report to Ted.

George is the only one he has to answer to.

And from what I was told by somebody who I think would know, he told them, okay, here's the deal.

I'm doing the interviews, me, and I'm making the call.

Don't tell me who Polia wants to hire or who Ernie, of course, he wants to hire or who Virginia wants.

I'm picking my head coach or I'm getting on a plane to Minneapolis.
