I am Alex Shapiro, and with me, podcasting in the dark are Clay Harbor and Kevin Lapka because this was another dark and dreary game for the

Chicago Bears. Clay, Kev, how y'all doing? Kev, start us off, man. I mean, I'm embarrassed. I'm

embarrassed. It's an embarrassing time to be a fan of this football team. A rough one on Monday night. Not a lot to hang your hat on if you're the Bears. And just as a spectator of this team and an evaluator of this team, it's a lot to unpack. And most of it is not good. So it's just it's a disappointing night, Clay.

Yeah, I've been here before as a player.

I know exactly what these guys are going through.

I always remind you guys that I played for the Jaguars, you know, back in the very

Jaguars day.

So this is, you know, you feel bad for some of these guys that go out there and put it on

the line.

But it's really just unacceptable on every level

of the organization at this point.

I'm talking players.

I'm talking coaching.

I'm talking the way this roster was put together.

And I mean, just to wrap this thing up,

it was just fitting that we got to see Ryan Poles and, and George McCasky.

They're, their pictures in the way they put together this roster, and there's so many holes in this thing.

It's like, you know, one hole you can plug up, and the next one springs, you know?

So it's just

unfortunate. It's tough for the fan base. And I wish I could say there's a light at the end

of the tunnel. I don't see no light. And that's why we're podcasting in the dark.
