I don't know if this is good or bad as good for the McCaskey family, but we're here to discuss the fact that the Bears have acquired that large parcel of land, the racetrack in Arlington Heights from Church of Downs.

So everything seems like it's going to be moving forward.

We still know I didn't hear the interview this morning.

I know the mayor was on the air radio waves discussing the contract that

the bears still have to believe the contract goes to 2033, I believe. Listen, I think we talked about

this. E, I know we've definitely went into this. And in my feeling, of course, is I like my team

to play at Soldier Field. But if I own the bears, I would totally be doing this and I'd be totally trying to get

as much money as possible.

The Bears are worse $3.5 billion.

How much more would they be worth with their own mini city, basically, a village, I should

say, their own village.

So what are your thoughts, Hogue, on the Bears getting this piece of land?

Yeah, along those lines, this is a team that's finally operating like a multi-billion dollar NFL franchise that it is.

And I shouldn't say finally as in right now.

They've actually been doing this in the last five, six, seven years, if you've been paying attention, the money they poured into Hallis Hall.

You know, similar situation on a much smaller scale, but, you know, training camp in

Burbine.

You know, it's cool.

It's fine.

It's like, all right, let's concentrate on winning football games.
