He covers the Seahawks out on the west side of the country, and we are so grateful to have you joining us, Bob.

I'm going to start with this for a second.

The Seahawks are not out of the playoffs, but they don't control their own destiny,

and I was trying to figure out what the heck has to happen, and it's very complicated.

So are you able to summarize that for us? Yeah, well,

the NFL helpfully, as they do this time of year, they kind of released their thing today and made

it a lot clear. Yeah, they really, they're basically, they need Arizona to beat the Rams on

Saturday night to have any realistic chance of doing it. However, there is, if both lose and they end up at

nine and eight, I mean, they just need the Rams to lose, essentially, winning both games and the Rams

winning both games. The Rams have an edge in the strength of victory thing. So if they just end up tied and if the Rams end up winning the strength of victory,

then the Rams are going to win it.

So they need the Rams to lose.

They need to either finish ahead of the Rams or if they finish at 9 and 8, they would

finish, they would actually win the division tiebreaker.

So that's sort of a weird one there.

They could lose and if the Rams lost,

then they could win that one. And the division record would come into play there. But a tie

breaker, but a tie at 10 and 7, or a tie otherwise isn't going to help them. So that's why

it's really out of their hands. They really, really, really need the Rams to lose to Arizona.

And if that doesn't happen, it's kind of in trouble.
