0:20.3	So what's going on in life and the business? So as far as the business
0:24.7	as far as the business goes yeah I mean we're we're focused on the
0:28.2	wholesaling mainly so we're still doing the JV you know
0:32.3	relationships we have the cartel mode on investor lift So we're still doing the JV, you know, relationships.

0:35.0	and that's how we're mainly doing the disposal

0:59.8	four or five deals a month on that we're're still doing some loans, hard money, the SCR, so three deals a month on that.

1:10.3	15K is the average. So 50 is a 75 a month of JVs.
