So sincerely, thank you guys so much for all of the help. On Friday, I was off my phone and I posted

depleted and I wanted you guys to hear everything that it took, you know, I don't want it to be

all sunshine and rainbows and positivity all the time. Like, that's bullshit. I'm sorry. It just is.

That's not how life works. Like you guys, I haven't

done a good job of showing you guys like the grind behind the shine, right? So it's like you see

all these highlight reels and you see me going to Iceland and Norway and all this stuff,

but you don't see all the work that goes on behind the scenes with me super, super depleted

and working my ass off. So, sorry about the cussing,

by the way. Um, these episodes are more so just documentation than anything. But yeah, it was just,

I wanted to document the suck. And that is what I did. And I was able to really sit still and be

present on Friday and enjoy it. We had a wonderful, wonderful book launch

party, which I am really glad that I allowed my friend Seth and Alice Daly to talk me into.

We did a huge party. We had like 60, 70 people show up and we had a bunch of photographers,

videographers, we had drinks, we had food, everything.

It was an awesome night and I ended my birthday having dinner with some very dear and close friends.
