0:14.5	Spilsberry is on the Mesa City Council and she worked with Mayor John Giles, who was on a previous
0:19.9	episode to pass the non-discrimination
0:21.9	ordinance in Mesa, which is super cool.
0:24.2	But she's not here to talk about that today.
0:26.3	She's here to talk about peacekeeping and peacebuilding, because today is Election Day in the United
0:31.1	States.
0:32.3	There's a lot of peace building in these three times.
0:35.7	Yeah.
0:37.0	And Michael and Liz approached us and they said,
0:39.7	Julie is such a peacemaker.
0:42.5	And she talks about the differences between peacemaking and peacekeeping.
0:45.8	And they said this would be a great episode for Election Day.

0:50.2	a lot of people in this country are going to be pretty hurt and pretty bummed and maybe even upset
0:54.4	and might view people who voted differently as the other or the enemy. But really, that's not how to,
1:01.3	that's not how to build peace and how to be a peacemaker. And so Julie shares some amazing principles
