So awesome to meet you. Thank you we were just saying actually before, it's like, what, five years ago you were probably watching

me in your lounge room, now I sit and watch you in my lounge room.

It's crazy.

I've been watching going to me for years.

So to talk to you now and have a conversation about my experience on the show.

I should have called you before.

Before you started?

No, I actually have learned my lesson and when people reach out to me and they're going

into below deck I just go I prefer to say nothing because I'm like you I guess you don't know how people are going to react to it like some

people could have a really amazing experience and be on it for years and then

some people might just not be able to mentally cope with how difficult it is to film and so I'm like I don't want to tell you not to do it I don't want to tell you to do it because I don't want to be responsible for like anything that goes on in your head, you know?

My experience rubbing off on you. Yeah, exactly. And also everyone is like everyone's mental head space is different and everyone's coping mechanisms and everything are different because like you know working on yachts is is hard enough without cameras on you.

So yeah, adding that extra element to it

makes it really difficult.

So it really does.
