We were on a smaller signal back then.

It was destined to fail.

And I was so nervous about it

every single day uh i was co-hosts on show i was sidekicks on shows and producers and this was

the very first time that anybody was giving me a shot to host a show and i stressed myself out so

much about it that when i went to go see a therapist, they're like,

hey, you know what, let's give you the smallest dose of effects are here just to take the edge off a little bit.

So you're not sketching yourself out every single day.

You get some proper sleep and actually enjoy the newness of this whole thing.

That was 25 years ago.

I never got off the FXer.

Always have taken the smallest amount, 37.5 milligrams.

Usually when you take a flexer, you take the 37 and then you start working your way
