1:38.3 | from apps to wearable tech, classes, courses, teas, supplements, talking therapies, physical therapies, there's so much out |
1:46.1 | there, it can be a little bit overwhelming. And I think we forget about the small stuff or we |
1:50.8 | forget about the free stuff and we think, oh, okay, I've got to have, you know, a program or an |
1:54.9 | app or something that's going to kind of, you know, give me more. So I'm not suggesting those |
1:59.9 | things are not valuable and necessary sometimes, |
2:02.9 | but I'd love to talk about what things are accessible for everyone, things that are quite inexpensive, |
2:08.5 | if not free, and why it's so important for us to remember the simple joys and how they can make |
2:14.1 | us feel good and how they can help us to live well too. Yeah, sure. |
