there is so much information out there about food it's mad mad. Oh gosh, it's like the nation is obsessed

with food, you know, what we should eat, what we shouldn't eat. There's debates about, you know,

veganism, keto diet, intermittent fasting, seasonal eating, superfoods, so much information

that I think many people are finding it really overwhelming. I'm just knowing what to eat.

And, you know, these shocking headlines,

like we're being told, like, these superfoods are really good for you.

And then the next week we're being told, like, for example,

coconut oil, you know, that there was a headline about that being poisonous.

And it's so confusing for people.
