hi. I hope you are having such a fabulous day. And this is going to be a nice little kick in the

booty for you. But per usual, all for your benefit, all to take you to the next level, all just

reminders that you know deep down, reminders that I know deep down, but these things are just

really easy to forget. And when I have the awareness that it's actually me that is in my way, it kind of makes me

laugh a little bit because we have the ability, or if anybody's like me, I have the ability

to create the most insane scenarios in my head and allow these fake scenarios

to drag me way down sometimes.

And I know that a lot of you can resonate with that.

And we just need to stop. We just need to get out of our own freaking way. It's us. We are the

roadblock. We think it's other people. We think it's scenarios. We think it's clients or people on the internet or our spouses.

And not to say that all of those things can't be a pain sometimes.
