Riyadh and that means the public workouts. Well they're called the public workouts, but wait for it, there's no members of the public there,

but there's still about 200 people.

Every single one of the boxers comes into the ring, does a short workout,

wearing loads of clothing to stay warm, and then they get interviewed.

And because it's Wednesday, that means it's the promoters pod. I sit down with

Eddie Hurd. In fact, I stand up with Eddie Hurd and he's tall. I sit down with Frank Warren

and he's sweet. And then I chase, eventually catch him, Oscar Delahoya of Golden Boy, one of the

greatest fighters from the last 30 odd years. And then I also spend some time and just change the tone slightly of the pod with Joe Gallagher,

who announced some fairly unpleasant news last week.

Plus there's a tip bit, a little bit of stuff about a man called Josh Padley.
