have had an accident or I wondered did something else happen, something else entirely?

Well, this is the episode where we look at the something else entirely.

Previously on Beyond Reasonable Doubt, Michael Peterson is serving life for murder at the Nash Correctional Institute in North Carolina after a jury decided he did kill his wife in December 2001.

Nobody really knowing what was going to every now and then there would be a leak coming out in the press about,

well did you know he was this, did you know he was that, did you know such and such such that and then oh these women in Germany he

killed somebody in Germany oh this it was just a constant drip drip of stuff that to me didn't seem to be very fair and all of us were wondering

well how did she die and this say it was all kept hush, hush. And then at the trial it came out that she, or he was

charged with beating her to death, and that didn't seem right. They just didn't seem to be that kind of a couple.

It is now 2008, and the gentleman you heard there is Larry Pollard.

He's important for three reasons.

Firstly, he's an attorney, a respective member of the Durham community.

Second, he's the Peterson's neighbor and lives right next door to 1810 Cedar Street.

Third, because it is Larry Pollard who first introduced us to Owl

Theory. Mark, my producer, and I went to his house one Sunday, couldn't have been more warmly received and made to feel at home.
