The 25th Amendment deals with presidential succession and disability.

So it's not all about medical disability

or assassination.

It also clarifies that the vice president

becomes president if the president dies, resigns, is removed

from office through impeachment and establishes a vacancy in the office of the presidency.

Now, specifically,

Section 4 of the 25th Amendment addresses the case

of a president who's unable to discharge the powers and the duties of the
