shows haven't been coming out regularly at my new job I've been bringing my work home

with me which has been eating into my podcast editing time but this is me recording this so I'm committing to

putting them out on a regular basis and editing them in a timely fashion right now we're playing a little

bit of catch-up so please bear with us but as soon as we're caught up promise the shows will come out regularly, and they will be as awesome as ever.
