0:06.9	and that served me really, really well in business. Like, I always think I'm scanning the horizon for
0:12.4	icebergs, and in business, that's awesome because you identify problems before they happen,

0:21.6	happening. But in life, it's quite miserable. I had this made. I remember three years ago,
0:29.0	I was sitting watching a movie with a friend and I just kept looping on anxious thoughts about work
0:36.8	and business and I didn't take my supplement I was
0:40.3	supposed to take and oh no, I'm not watching the movie. And so this person next to me is going to be
0:45.8	mad at me when we talk about the movie after because I'm not going to know what happened.
0:49.9	And I remember going like, okay, I have an anxiety problem. Like it's official.
0:58.0	And I went to my doctor and I got SSRI.
1:02.1	And I started researching it because I'm kind of like, again, I'm high anxiety.
1:03.0	I'm a health nerd.
1:04.9	And I start researching this.
1:11.3	And I realized that certain people are genetic super metabolizers of SSRIs.
1:15.9	And I realized that I am a super metabolizer of this particular SSRI.
1:17.6	So I got a different one.
1:19.8	And then I waited a year.
1:25.3	I had this SSRI sitting on my kitchen or my bathroom sink.
1:26.7	It was taunting me.
1:28.9	And I was thinking like, oh, my God, if I take this,
1:33.6	am I going to take my edge away? Am I going to ruin my life? Am I going to be a zombie?
