Good afternoon, everyone, is Dr. Niagara again with our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

We are doing this a day later than we usually do on Sundays because today is Labor Day in the United States, and I actually decided to take the day off from work.

Although I'm very blessed that as much as I do work i never feel like i'm working um and again

that is a true blessing and i always like to start each episode with a heartfelt thank you to all

the followers that we have um i say this as much as i can i am grateful grateful to my mother for teaching me to live in a world

outside the box and the question everything and go out and change the rules and my father

for giving me the inspiration to start this podcast and we do the best that we can to just impart our knowledge and wisdom and experience.

And it's so fun we get to talk to people.

And it's so cool how many people are going into the field of psychology,

whether they're going into Julie's field of psychiatric nurse practitioners

or my field of neuropsych and or people who are getting into

cognitive behavioral therapy so it's just this just is a fun thing and love doing this and uh i've been

trying to take a more uh systematic approach to these podcasts.

I know sometimes,

and I think we,

you know,

there's opportunities for,

for more,

um,

just conversational and,

and esoteric ones. And I love any guys,
