much for downloading the Scotland Outdoors podcast I'm Mark stephen you may not be aware of

this fact but we normally build the podcast out of a live program we do for BBC Radio Scotland

called Out of Doors what we do is we take the component parts and then rejig it and turn it into the podcast.

Well, circumstances obviously are very different at the moment and we're getting such a volume

of comments in from people that we'd really like to share the whole thing with you if possible.

So this is what we did this week.

Seriously, I have moved 20 feet to my left where I would normally stand
