there's a stigma with C-sections that, like, you didn't really birth your baby, you had a surgery,

or like you took the quote-unquote easy way out. And just for anyone who, again, if this ends up

being your experience, or if you know a mom who has a C-section, like reiterate to her, tell her those

comfort words. Like, you didn't take these way out. Yous your baby you are powerful you're strong you were so

sacrificial in the way you give birth like those are all things that i think can be super encouraging

to someone as they process their birth story whether they had a plan c-section or not i think you can

still end up feeling a lot of those fields even if it was part of your original birth plan but that was

like helpful to me later to process that like hey i did I did give birth in a really sacrificial way, gave birth in a way that required a whole

lot of surrender and a whole lot of letting go in a way that like was ultimately like what was

safest and best for me and my baby.
