If it's not managed in some way, these pesky artificial lights beaming into our eyes can mess with our nervous systems causing eye strain and headaches and also disrupt our sleep patterns.

Now it would be great if we could just turn off all technology

and devices at sundown but that's not always a very realistic expectation for most

people myself included so here are a couple of ideas of other things that you could try.

Number one, check your device settings or look into installing an app that automatically

adjusts your display color to remove the blue light in the evening.
