I am excited to have you on. I am a follower of your content and some of your brands. And I think that you really have an interesting and unique perspective on entrepreneurship, because on this show, we share constantly strategies,

paths, methodologies, and frameworks for people to leave jobs that they hate in corporate

America, where a lot of them have what you would call the golden handcuffs. They're making

$100,000 a year. They're in a cushy job.

And they're trying to figure out, you know, there's got to be more for me.

How do I live life on my own terms?

We talk about investing in commercial real estate, which you do a lot of and we'll speak about.

We talk about buying businesses.

And we also talk about starting businesses.

And that's, you know, I buy both buy businesses and start businesses myself. And you, my friend, are the guy on starting businesses, side hustles, different tips, tricks and strategies for people

to be able to tack that on top of their job to be able to hit financial freedom. So walk us through

it, man. What is your, what, where are we at today with the different businesses, the different portfolios, and we'll kind of dissect it.

Yeah. So I kind of put my career into three different buckets. I've got content, podcast, social media, and all that, kind of like what you're doing. And then I have a holding company called cofounders.com where me and a partner, my best friend, we launch businesses with operators.

We have six businesses within that hold code right now.

And then the third bucket is in real estate.

And I'm a general partner on an RV park fund where we own 26 RV parks around the

country worth about 150 million combined.

So that's what I'm doing today. Beautiful. So what I really

want to in particular talk about today is let's start with kind of the cash flow generation because

I'm curious if you share this perspective. But for me, after doing so many interviews with so many
