So when did you make the decision to stop drinking?

Well, it was about two and a half years ago, basically.

Something like that. And I was working a lot.

I mean, I was producing, I was in the studio a lot, and I was burning the candle at both ends, basically.

And, you know, crazily so.

And, you know, and then at the end of the day you know winding down with a drink so you

wind down with a drink and but because you have hardly any kind of downtime to to wind down have a

drink and then you're up early the next day and so I think it really called up with me and it really

started affecting my physical health and to the point

where I was really depleted by you know by the enders by two and a half years ago so I was

really physically just knackered and and you know went to the doctor and he said you know that's

your problem you got to you got to you know really ought to cut it down or preferably cut it out and he said, you know, that's your problem. You've got to, you know, really ought to cut it down

or preferably cut it out. And I said, I can't really, I mean, I'll do one thing or the other. So I decided

to do the one thing, which is to cut it out. So that's what I've, that's what I've done. And it's

been good, actually, really good. But I'm still kind of adjusting to the old stage right if you like you know even I'm in a studio this week you know

I'm still it's it's good or when I was in Paris doing that session actually over with Larry Klein you know we were doing a recording for it was working with Larry Klein for a

Shaq Braille tribute album and with some great artists
