Hello, and welcome back to Killer for New Dreaming.

Just a quick note about this episode before we get started.

This is a story narrated by me in the first person perspective from one of the individuals

involved in this case.

This story is very loosely based on actual events.

All of the names have been changed and include many fictionalized details that I've written

and developed for the purposes of this episode.

Please consider this to be more of a drama cast inspired by two events.

And if you don't enjoy dramaizations, then this may not be the episode for you.

I just wanted to try and venture off into something different this week.

Bear in mind that this is not an event that happened to me.

I'm just narrating it, as if it did.

There is really no better place in the world that I can think of to grow up than in the

beautiful, small town beachside community where I lived.

When they say slice of heaven, this is exactly what they meant.

And while my family wasn't the wealthiest in town, we may do.

We like to call it blue collar, and I'm not even sure I really know what that means.

If it means that we lived comfortably, then yes, we were comfortable.

We never went without or anything like that.

We were very close, a tight-knit family, and my family means the world to me.

And they could not have been more proud than the day that I graduated from high school.
