I think we're sort of phasing out of buckle fat removal, but I still hear about it from time to time.

Buckle fat removal is when a little bit of the fat from the cheek is taken out.

It's a surgical procedure.

Most of the time it comes from inside the mouth, but you can also do it in a facelift approach.

If you're already doing a facelift, otherwise usually you just do it through the mouth, but you can also do it in a facelift approach if you're already doing a facelift.

Otherwise, usually you just do it through the mouth. It gives you that sort of higher cheekbone,

kind of like tucked in look, like the model look, a very thin face. Like the gaunt, kind of.

But exactly. So you can end up looking gaunt. In particular, not in the now, because most of the time it's a young

person who's coming in for this, who wants a more defined face. It's when they're older and they

lose some of that facial fat and then they really look gaunt and it's a really hard problem to

fix.
