I've been going mental but I'm feeling just fine.

Hey guys, welcome to the new season first episode back of going mental I know it's been quite a hiatus

so I want to talk you through everything that's been going on in my life for the

last six months why I'm back, why took a break, and I wanted to focus this episode on

relationships, break-ups, X's, because my last episode

from six months ago was me announcing that I had a boyfriend

and I don't have that boyfriend anymore.

So I think it's just kind of a funny coincidence

that I ended up taking a break when I did.

And I want to talk about the ups and downs and being single, being not single.

And so why I took the break?

Initially, I think I wanted to take a little bit of a break because it was the summertime and it's difficult to schedule guests during the summer people are traveling and New York is so hot in the summer.

So if you can leave, it's nice to be able to.

So I spent a majority of last summer on the West Coast

at my dad's house in Seattle

and I went to Hawaii for my birthday and it was in

LA bit for work. So that was kind of the main like one of the main reasons in the

beginning was like I think I'm just gonna take a pause for a month or two while it's summertime, pick back up in September.
