There's nothing more important you should be doing than building a personal brand.

I think that it goes kind of twofold. If your desire is, I want to be the next big designer, go personal brand.

If you want to exit, grow and sell a company, go brand in general. You want to figure out what has the most leverage.

So in the way I identify that is number one is zero to six figures is all about focus.

Focus on one thing, one product, one channel, six figures, and seven figures is do this more.

What are mistakes you see brands consistently making right now?

Yeah.
