I've asked Dan to jump on and look back at the year that was 20 and 24.

And happy new year to you and everyone.

I finally have an excuse to use one of these things.

Yeah.

If you're one of the audio purists, you won't see the wonderful technology that is when

Dan says, Happy New Year, the fireworks go off in the background. Although mine's didn't, Dan,

is that supposed to happen? I had to click a button. Ah, okay. See, the AI machines haven't quite

taken over yet as many folks are expecting them to, perhaps in year ahead maybe not the worst thing you know terminate or two it's starting to look like a good idea at this point the way the world's going but yeah so dan here to talk through some of the key stories from the last year our thoughts on 2024 the that was, and then a whole load of listener points,

questions, opinions, thoughts as well. But I thought we could start just by having a little chat on,

you know, firstly, just the year 2024, in my head, Dan, and I suppose I'm cheating a little

bit because I've just done the highlight show.

So in my head, I've got early part of the year we had the congressional skiffs that happened

with Birchit, Burlison, all those folks were all going in and out of skiffs.

There was the rally in March for the Schumer Appreciation Society is what I hope they call themselves

out in New York and we had the and I couldn't believe it was March but that's when the LA

Hotel Mummies presentation thing was it seems like it was much later than that but that was back in
