Hey everyone just wanted to kind of hop on here before the episode got started we recorded this episode

About two weeks ago. We're really excited to share it with you all but it was recorded before these protests started that on the backs of the George Floyd murder, the Bronet Taylor murder and Amott Aubrey murder.

So we would feel remiss if we didn't include some places where you guys can donate some ways you guys

could just to be a part of what's going on. So Adrian has some resources right?

You have some places to shout out. Yeah I do. We're going to put some links in the show notes. These are going to be links to the George Floyd Memorial Fund. Links to the Black Visions Collective, links to reclaim the block. Campaign Zero,

We're also gonna link to some resources,

some anti-racism resources,

as well as ways to support and connect

with the Black Lives Matter movement.

This is something that is devastating and it's really hard to watch for myself.

And, you know, so for so many of our black siblings,

our friends, people that we love and cherish,

we just want you guys to know that we are behind you 100 million percent and we are going to make

ourselves available just to listen to help any way we can and we hope that if you're listening to this

all around the world, there's so many ways

that you can get involved,

whether that is attending a protest or supporting protesters

or funding bail campaigns or signing petitions, sending emails, making phone calls.

We hope that you are getting involved in ways beyond social media posting.

We hope that you are allowing these moments to inform the way that you vote,

you know, the officials that you elect, the legislature that you try and get passed. We hope that you're also and get past.
