Summary

Are you tired of carrying the emotions of past generations? Do you want to help heal the patterns in your family of origin? Please join us as we explore ancestral healing: what it is, how to address it and why that can be an important step in the healing journey, not only for you but for the ancestors who have come before you.

Ancestral Healing starts by looking at the shadows, wounds and unresolved traumas from our family lineage so we can begin the healing that needs to take place.  Becoming more aware of what we may share with our ancestors, and recognizing the things that have been inadvertently passed down through generations, allows us to see how it all may potentially be impacting on our psychological and emotional behaviors.

things that we can do to kind of push back that curtain a little bit.

1:01.8

Yeah, it's kind of a new term to me in a way how long do you think it's been out there 10 years or longer?

1:09.7

I think it depends on who you talk to but it also a lot of times topics seem to get renamed or repurposed and but I do think that this aligns beautifully with the last few years of people identifying trauma and

1:26.5

releasing grief and stepping away from you know and all the shadow work stuff and and that's a big part of this ancestral healing. We did the show on

1:36.6

epigenetics a couple years ago now. Yeah. And this is aligned with that.

1:51.6

2:02.0

Because when we share such a strong relationship

2:04.8

with our ancestors that the things that have been inadvertently

2:08.7

passed down through generations

2:10.8

can truly impact our psychological and emotional behaviors in this lifetime.

2:17.6
