Oh, it's awesome.

And we're, I mean, we both like doing unusual things, but this is pretty extraordinary.

We're in the Cotswolds in England, which is already kind of a legendary area,

and we're doing some foul deer management. You shot an ancient old robot just last

yeah he was just on his last legs no teeth it just the trophy you'd want to take yeah

heavy antler is setting is is just idyllic I mean we're talking large beach groves, fir woods, you know, the oaks, and these trees are ancient. I'm thinking the Lord of the Rings, I'm thinking

Sherwood Forest. The atmosphere is here. We're saying in an old rectory next to an ancient church that they think predates 1,200.

Well, I don't know. The church. Yeah, the rectory, I don't know, but it's but it's old too it's it's just

class it it's you know the kind of situation you'd want to be in for this kind of a

hunt and it's we're talking old hedgerows, sheeps in the meadow, cows in the corn kind of idea, stone buildings.

I mean, I wish everybody could see this.

I wish there was some video to go with this because it would make, and the rain and the lack of rain, but the mist and all of that stuff just all adds up to such a great time.

What an atmosphere.

So we're here actually on assignment, both of us for our respective magazines and organizations that we work for

we're hunting with Savage rifles a new model and I confess I mean it dropped one a week ago I think I believe, I mean, it dropped what a week ago.

I think I believe that.

I don't even remember the model name, but it's basically a model,

like a specific variation. It's a model 110 action

with a grayboe configurable stock proof research barrel.
