Okay, I want to ask one question before we jump in. You're our first female guest. Oh, my

gosh. I appreciate you being here. Thank you, Rick. I feel honored. Thank you for being here.

I'm so glad that it's you that I get to ask this question because I don't feel that I'll offend

you just by asking. No. How do you feel about the word chicks? I love that word. See? I got a lot

of shit for saying chicks. For me, a chick is like a cool girl. And what context did you use it?

I said, we want chicks to listen to this. And I think... 20, 20, you can't say chicks. You can't

get the memo. I didn't get the memo. I was literally thinking like, we want cool gals. Is gals fun?

Gals. I don't know that you can use gender. It seems like, you know, when I noticed this,

when I started waiting tables in 2017 and the younger chicks would tell me that when I go to a

table, I have to say, because I just always say, hey guys, right? I'm from the East Coast. You're like,

hey guys. Yeah. What's up? And they would always kind of school me and say, no, you can't say

guys anymore, Bridget. This is the first time I ever heard it from the younger millennials. They

said you have to use friends. But that just sounds like I'm a politician pandering to my audience.
